Dubai: Woman referred to a medical committee after attempting to kill her two children and commit suicide

The Dubai Criminal Court, referred an Asian woman who tried to kill her two children and commit suicide by cutting her arteries to a medical committee at Rashid Hospital, to determine her mental and emotional condition at the time of the incident.

The details of the case reveal that the husband of the accused, after returning home, found his wife soaked in her blood as a result of attempting to commit suicide by cutting the artery of her left hand, this was after she tried to kill her two children by choking their breath with a pillow. The husband immediately contacted one of his relatives to help him take the mother and the two children to the hospital.
