Dubai ranked 9th city with highest salaries in the world

Dubai ranks ninth in the world on the list of cities with the highest salaries in the world. The list is included in Deutsche Bank’s latest annual “Mapping the world’s prices” report, issued by the German Bank on May of each year.

The report highlights the cost of goods and services, in addition to the cost of living, and the average wages of employees in the world’s 28 largest cities.

Dubai is the only Arab city to appear on the list this year, surpassing major cities such as Paris, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Vienna, Toronto, Tokyo and Hong Kong, where employees in Dubai earn more than their counterparts in these cities. With an average monthly salary of $3,477.
