Ajman: 10-year-old falls to death from fifth floor

A 10-year-old Arab girl died in Ajman in Al Jarf district after falling from the fheifth floor of t building where her family lives yesterday afternoon. She was transferred by the national ambulance to Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, where she lost her life due to the impact of the fall.
Lt. Col. Yahya Khalaf al-Matroushi, director of Hamidiya police station, said that a report was received that a girl was found injured and lying on the ground near one of the buildings in Al Jarf area. The ambulance immediately moved to the scene of the incident, but she died in less than an hour affected by fractures in the skull, and the police could not take her testimony because of her inability to talk.
Al Matroushi said that the family lost the girl after they returned from the market at 3 pm yesterday, and they searched for her, but they did not find her, and the police were informed.
The girl’s mother said that her daughter came from school and was fasting. She was told that they were going to the market. She asked her to go with them. However, the girl, who is a distinguished student who memorizes the Holy Quran, said she was tired and wanted to take a break.
The child’s body was shown to her relatives and identified. The fingerprints were also removed in her room and around the balcony.
