Dubai: Two GCC nationals attempt to harass a female student

Two Engineers who are GCC Nationals tried to kidnap a 20-year-old student after they met her at the beach in Jumeirah, who assaulted her, but managed to escape from them after resisting them.

The victim’s testimony in the case papers, which was examined by Dubai Criminal Court, said yesterday she came out from the back door of a hotel in Jumeirah area. The girl went to a shop in a gas station to buy some food. She went with them. The three returned to the beach again. They sat down for a while and then asked them to take her back to the hotel.

But she noticed that they were late, and conversed with them, she was worried, and the first defendant began harassing her as she sat in the chair next to the driver. She tried to get off the car, but he stopped her and grabbed her.

Then the second defendant came down and stood next to the door to prevent her, but she managed to open the door, took out the upper half of her body from the car, and showed great resistance, but the defendants insisted, and brought her to the car again, and continued to resist until she managed to get off.
