Ajman: Insurance company required to compensate a man with AED 1.8 million

Ajman’s Federal Court of Appeal ruled that an insurance company is required to pay a sum of one million, 826 thousand and 660 dirhams to compensate for the damages a local man experienced after a traffic accident, where he was hit by a vehicle that is insured by the company.
Lawyer Hussain Al Hosani, who was present on behalf of the victim, explained that on March 28, 2012, the victim collided with another vehicle while driving.
