Two men, a Pakistani and an Indian, were sentenced to three years in prison for offering a bribe to a bank employee in exchange for getting them approval on loans.
The Court of First Instance ordered each of them to pay a Dh40,000 fine, they are also to be deported after completing their jail terms.
The court found them guilty for offering a bribe to a public employee in exchange for illegal favours, forgery and use of forged documents, and using the fake seals and damaging public interest.
