Two Asians specialize in stealing from bank customers in Dubai

Two Asians, a worker and a driver specialized in robbing bank clients, after creaing a master plan that enables them to do so. The two criminals wait for customers who come out banks, approach them and steal any bags they hold that potentially have money.

Dubai Public Prosecution referred an incident revealing that a victim (accountant aged 38) reported that after leaving a bank with a bag carrying 20,000 dirhams, she saw a car approaching her, and one man came to her while the driver remained inside.

She thought that the person would enter the bank, and as soon as he approached her, he pulled the bag from her hand, and tried to escape, she grabbed the bag but due to his physical strength, he eventually managed to steal the bag and flee.
