Ministry of Defence launches “BELADI” program

The Ministry of Defence has launched the “BELADI” program to prepare and develop national talent. Running for 11 months as part of the National Service program, its pilot year will offer a range of specialised tracks, with plans to expand them in the coming phases. Participants will be trained and mentored by experienced leaders and instructors from the UAE Armed Forces through programs that combine leadership development, skills enhancement, and hands-on practical training.
