Kuwaiti Emir issues decree forming new government under Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah

His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, issued a decree forming the new government under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah.

The government comprises 13 ministers, as reported by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
