Abu Dhabi: Road alert system contributes to “zero deaths”

The Road alert system implemented by Abu Dhabi Police from 2018 to 2023 has contributed to “zero deaths” and “zero serious accidents” during unstable weather conditions.

The alert system included: electronic guidance screens, an early warning system (warning messages), sign boards, automatic control systems, urgent alerts through social media, the public transportation system, alerting drivers in emergency situations, the National Center of Meteorological system, and visibility monitoring sensors.
