Mohammed bin Rashid attends an agreement signing between DEWA & Masdar

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai attended an agreement signing between DEWA & Masdar.

His Highness wrote through his official account on “X”, and said: “I attended the signing of an agreement between DEWA & Masdar to implement the sixth phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park is the largest single-site solar park in the world.”

His Highness added, “This phase carries a cost of AED5.5 billion and will provide energy to over half a million residences while reducing carbon emissions by 2.36 million tons annually. The completion of all phases of this massive project is expected by 2030, with a total investment of AED50 billion. Our goal is to achieve 100% clean energy for Dubai by 2050.”
