“Sharjah RTA” amends the taxi meter tariff

“Sharjah RTA” announces the amendment of the taxi meter tariff, starting from July 2022.

The decision is in line with the liberalizing fuel prices mechanism for calculating the taxi tariff; therefore, the ascending or descending tariff adjustments will be according to the fuel prices announced by the Ministry of Energy.

The authority will set the new tariff pricing policy and follow up on its implementation.
