Abu Dhabi Police to stage a strategic drill at Barakah Nuclear Plant site

Abu Dhabi Police, in collaboration with relevant partners, will stage a 2-day strategic drill at Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant.

The drill will commence on 26 of October 2021, and is to assess the readiness and preparedness, and to enhance competency and response to emergency alert.

Sirens and emergency alerts may be heard in the vicinity of the plant, as well as moving military vehicles. The public is urged to avoid the area for public safety and not to take any photography.
