Abu Dhabi Police warns against buying dangerous toys for children

Abu Dhabi Police warned against the dangers of children’s toys, such as plastic shotguns, which could result in eye injuries.

Brigadier Salem Hammoud Al Bulooshi, director of the Weapons and Explosives Department in the Directorate General of Security and ports Affairs, called on the families to tighten their supervision on children to prevent them from buying dangerous toys.

He pointed to the seriousness of what these toys can cause, such as directing the shotguns to the eyes, which may result in the loss of vision, or deformities.
