Dubai announces ten days mourning and flags at half-mast

Dubai’s ruler court mourns the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who passed away this morning, Wednesday.

The funeral prayer will be limited to family members due to the pandemic, and the absentee funeral prayer will be held in all the country’s mosques today after Al Maghrib prayer.

Ten days mourning and flags at half-mast in Dubai starting from today, and the suspension of work in the emirate’s public departments and institutions for three days, starting tomorrow, Thursday.
