Apple announces iPhone 12 with OLED screen and 5G speeds – highlights

“Apple” has revealed during a virtual conference the new of its releases, including HomePod mini, the newest addition to the HomePod family that delivers impressive sound. Apple debuted a new “Intercom” feature that allows for customers with multiple HomePod devices in different rooms to communicate throughout the house.

Apple has officially unveiled the new iPhone 12 with super-fast 5G connectivity and said that the iPhone 12 is 11% thinner and 16% lighter than the iPhone 11. Unlike the iPhone 11, the new device will be 5G-enabled and have a 6.1-inch OLED display featuring new design and edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR displays. “iPhone 12” comes in: white, black, blue, red and light green.

iPhone 12 uses Apple’s A14 Bionic, a 5nm chip with better energy efficiency and performance than the A13. The iPhone 12 comes with a dual rear camera. It’s a 12MP wide camera with an f/1.6 aperture and a 12MP ultra-wide shooter with a f/2.4 aperture and a field of video of 120 degrees.

It features an ultra-durable protection layer that is 4 times more durable than other phones.

In regards to chargers, Apple is introducing wireless charger, this is the second time the company is announcing a wireless charger. The new MagSafe charger is a simple wireless charger that magnetically attaches to the phone.

Apple also unveiled iPhone 12 Pro with 6.7-inch is bigger than last year’s 5.8-inch iPhone 11 Pro. iPhone 12 Pro phones come in 4 colors: blue, silver, gold and black, and 3 cameras.

“iPhone 12” price starts at $ 699, while “iPhone 12 Pro” price starts at $ 999, and “iPhone 12 Pro Max” starts at $ 1099.
