MOHAP adopts laser-based DPI technique to screen potential COVID-19 cases

Abu Dhabi Government Media office: MOHAP adopted a device developed by Abu Dhabi-based QuantLase Imaging Lab to mass screen potential COVID-19 cases. The laser-based DPI technique can detect virus-caused inflammation in blood samples within seconds.

The device will help limit the number of individuals undergoing the PCR test as it identifies potential COVID-19 cases.
