The attorney general orders the arrest of public morals breachers

On the background of video clips being circulated containing behaviors that violate public morals, the Abu Dhabi Attorney General orders the arrest of people who misuse social media platforms which is criminalized by Article 17 of Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2012, stipulating a penalty of imprisonment and a fine of up to AED500,000 for anyone who breaches public morals by using modern technology and social media.
