The list of sanctions for Coronavirus precautionary measures violators

The Cabinet approves the list of sanctions for the individuals and establishments who violate the Coronavirus precautionary measures instructions. A penalty of not less than AED 500 and not more than AED 50,000 shall be imposed and duplicated in case of repetition, followed by referral to the Emergency and Crisis Prosecution Department at the Federal Public Prosecution. In any case, it is permissible to transfer the violator to the prosecution or close the violating establishment for a period not exceeding 6 months.
