Severe penalties for those who attempt to spread Coronavirus infection

The Ministry of Justice affirms that any patient infected with a communicable disease and deliberately attempts to spread the infection to others, would be penalized not less than AED 50,000, and not more than AED 100,000 and maximum 5 years imprisonment, or one of these penalties. If the offense is repeated, the imprisonment term will duplicate.
