A random stab leads to an Asian death

Dubai public Prosecution refered an Asian to the criminal court for intentionally assaulting another which led to his death, as the defendant stabbed the victim’s in his chest unintentionally during a brawl between them. According to the investigations, the worker admitted that he had no murder intention but stabbed him only to intimidate.
