A young man on trial for commenting on a video in “Snapchat”

A young man edited linguistic errors in an advertisement that he had seen on “Snapchat”, with the intention of humor and shared it in his account to criticize it and when the advertiser saw the young man’s comment on the video, she filed a lawsuit accusing him for insulting her. The misdemeanor court sentenced the defendant to one year in prison but he appealed and demanded acquittal.
