‘Al-Jundi’ journal highlights several vital issues of Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces

Al-Jundi journal issued by the UAE Ministry of Defence has published its new September 2022 issue no. 584, touching on several vital topics, as well as the most important events and news related to the Ministry of Defence and the UAE Armed Forces.

Under the title “Emirati women’s day,” Al-Jundi said in its editorial, “The UAE has always been a pioneer in appreciating women. Ever since the union’s foundation, women have been making successive gains with the support of the UAE’s wise leadership, which spared no effort in the service of Emiratis in general and women in particular, paving the way for women to achieve significant development in every field.”

It added, “Armed with science, knowledge, strong will, and determination, women have become vital, effective, and essential partners on the country’s path to a sustainable, inclusive development process.”

The new issue of Al-Jundi touched on the most prominent political, military, and security events, weapon news, as well as scientific and technological developments achieved by modern technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) in the military field.

The journal devoted its main file section of the September 2022 issue to discussing “the chances for Russia’s revival of the Warsaw pact”.

In its “Studies and Analysis” section, Al-Jundi offered a study titled: “The Small Strong Army: Theory and Application,” in addition to another study titled: “Cognitive Warfare and the French Ministry of Defence Red Team”.

Al-Jundi also included an interview with Abri du Plessis, Chief Executive Officer for the Emirati Company “NIMR”, where he spoke about the company’s fields of work, its products, investments, and latest projects in the Middle East, the Arab Gulf region in general, and the United Arab Emirates in particular.

The journal dedicated sections for the opinions and analyses of elite Emirati and Arab writers discussing various issues and matters of interest to readers.
