Twitter suffers a global outage

According to the “Twitter Support” account, users may be noticing a delay in Tweets showing up on timelines, where a number of accounts have been locked or limited by mistake and not because they Tweeted about any particular topic.

Twitter is working to undo this and get those accounts back to normal.
