The UAE ensures equal wages for men and women

Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation: Taking a new leading step that consolidates the UAE’s position as a country that promotes gender equality and empowers women’s labour, it has been decided to give women a wage equal to men doing the same job or other equal value job.
