Dubai: Flexible work policy for female employees

Hamdan bin Mohammed: Today, I directed to implement flexible work policy in Dubai government with the beginning of the new academic year next week, in order to enable female employees to follow up with their children while receiving distance education. While Employees who do not have someone to monitor their children during distance education days will also be allowed to work remotely.
