Abu Dhabi.. Private Schools reopening plans for the upcoming academic year

Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Committee for the COVID-19 Pandemic, in coordination with ADEK approves private schools’ plans to reopen with physical attendance for the upcoming academic year. Full online learning is optional for the first term, subject to prior coordination with the school. 5 models are available for private schools in Abu Dhabi to balance between in-classroom and online learning, whilst adhering to strict preventative measures.

Students’ return to the classroom in-person will be staggered to monitor & evaluate how students adapt to the measures in place, with KG1/FS2 to Grade 5/Year 6 returning in-person from the 1st day of school & all other grades/years returning in-person 4 weeks after school starts.
