An Emirati aid plane arrives in Lebanon to meet humanitarian needs

On directives from Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, and follow up from Hamdan bin Zayed, an Emirati aid plane arrives in Lebanon, carrying about 100 tons of medicines, medical and nutritional supplies, and supplements for children, in addition to various other aid supplies.

The humanitarian aid reflects HH Sheikha Fatima’s unlimited solidarity with the Lebanese brethren during these hard times, in coordination with and supervised by Emirates Red Crescent.

The plane is accompanied by officials and female staff members from the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, to carry out tasks including studying the humanitarian situation, identifying overall needs and those of mothers and children.
