Imdaad offers insights into emerging industry trends at FM Expo 2019

The Dubai-based group of companies that provides integrated facility management services that enhance operational efficiencies of physical assets, Imdaad, is participating in the 2019 edition of FM Expo as the Strategic Content Partner.

FM Expo – taking place from 17th-19th September, at the Dubai World Trade Centre – is the Middle East’s dedicated, asset management event connecting over 5,000 professionals from the facilities management, cleaning, building maintenance, community management, hygiene, health and safety, energy and environment industries.

As part of its participation, Imdaad is hosting the third edition of ‘Imdaad Work Series’ during the event. Featuring a comprehensive agenda and a prestigious line-up of speakers, the three-day Work Series brings together several policymakers, business leaders and executives, industry professionals, and students.

The sessions explore new trends, opportunities, and challenges in the facility management sector in the GCC and take an in-depth look at how data, innovation, and safety risks are poised to shape the industry in the coming years.

Speaking on the occasion, Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Group CEO of Imdaad, said, “New technology innovations and the evolving needs of consumers are increasingly disrupting the facility management sector in the GCC region and the UAE, in particular, and therefore, it has become imperative for industry leaders and regulators to come together and discuss the latest developments in the business.”

As a testimony to the sustained expansion of the regional facility management industry, Imdaad recorded revenue growth of 12 percent in 2018 as compared to the previous year. In addition, the company’s efforts in continuously improving operational performance have resulted in high customer satisfaction of 94 percent, a contract renewal rate of 86 percent and an average client key performance indicator achievement of above 95 percent last year.
