Sheikh Mohammed: least & best performing service centers announced

On his twitter page, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid: “Brothers and Sisters … Today I received a comprehensive assessment report on the level of services in 600 government service centers in UAE.. We promised to announce the 5 least & best performing service centers”. The best performing service center was in Fujairah, belonging to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, while the lowest-performing center was the Emirates Post-Al Khan Branch, Sharjah.

“We issued directives with immediate effect to change the directors of the lowest centers and replace them with managers who know how to deal with the public. On the other hand, we directed a two-month salary bonus to all teams who ranked among advanced positions,” he tweeted.
