Central Bank announces Eid holiday for banking sector in the UAE

The Central Bank has announced Eid Al Adha holiday for national banks and the main branches of banks in the country as a four-day paid holiday, from 20 August to Thursday 23 August 2018, and the official working hours will resume on Saturday, 25 August.

The central bank also stated in a circular issued today that banks have to ensure that their ATMs are adequately stocked at all times.
