Terms & Conditions - "Scratch & Win"

 

1- هذه المسابقة لمشتركي تطبيق امسح واربح فقط.

2- إدارة هذه المسابقة غير مرتبطة "بأبل أو جوجل" بأي شكل من الأشكال.

3- يغلق باب المشاركة في "السحب اليومي" عند نشر السؤال الذي يليه وتحديد الفائز السابق.

4- يمكن المشاركة عدة مرات طالما يوجد أسألة في التطبيق.

5- للدخول في السحب يجب على المشارك الإجابة الصحيحة على أي من التحديات وتزداد فرص الفوز عند جمع المزيد من النقاط.

6- الجائزة تختلف حسب رغبة فريق امسح واربح وبناء على الخطة التسويقية في الفترات المختلفة وللفريق الحق في تغيير الجوائز حيثما تتطلب الوضع.

7- سيتم الإعلان والتواصل مع الفائز مباشرة بعد السحب عن طريق النشر العام في صفحة الفائزين في التطبيق و التنبيهات للتواصل إن أمكن . يجب على الفائز استلام جائزته خلال فترة 30 يوماً من الإعلان ، إذا لم يتم استلامها لدى فريق التطبيق الحق في الغاء الجائزة أو تحويلها لفائز جديد.

8- يوافق المشاركون في حال الفوز على نشر معلومة مموهة كرقم هاتف غير مكتمل أو بريد الكتروني مع اخفاء بعض الأحرف في صفحة الفائزين.

9- بالمشاركة في المسابقة ، انت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وغيرها والتي يتم نشرها في هذا الصفحة أولاً بأول.

10- يتم تسليم الجائزة شخصياً بالحضور في مكاتب شركة برق الإمارات أو عن طريق الحوالات المالية وذلك بعد إبراز إثبات هوية شخصية صالحة أو صورة عنها.

 

1- This competition is strictly for “Scratch & Win” app subscribers.

2- This competition’s management is not related to Apple, Google, or any telecommunications operators in any way.

3- Participation in the "Daily Draw" is closed when the next question is published (on the next day) and the previous winner is announced.

4- As long as there are questions in the application, you can participate as many times as you want!

5- To enter the draw, participants must answer correctly to any of the challenges, and they will continue to enter the draw even if their subscription got canceled.

6- Prizes can vary according to the “Scratch & Win” team’s desire or the current marketing plan. The team has the right to change the prizes when needed. They can also determine the type, value and frequency of prizes (daily / weekly / monthly).

7- The winner will be notified immediately after the draw through a public post on the application’s winners page, and they will be contacted if available. Winners must receive their prize within 7 days of the announcement, if the prize is not received, the team has the right to cancel the prize or transfer it to another winner.

8- Winners shall agree to publish information such as an incomplete phone number or an E-mail with some characters hidden on the winners' page.

9- By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions and others posted on this page.

10- The prize will be handed to winners in person by attending at the offices of UAEBARQ or through remittances, after proving their identity with a valid ID or a copy of it in case of physical or cash prizes.
