Dubai Criminal Court sentenced the second person on Monday for causing the victim&#8217;s death.<\/p>\n<p>The case papers indicated that a witness saw the accused and the victim in the worker&#8217;s housing having the argument, he entered the room after he heard a loud voice coming from there. He entered the room and found the victim and the accused arguing in Urdu language.
