A woman, who is on trial over adultery charge, claimed that she is married in her home country but without a marriage certificate due to their traditions, according to Fujairah Court of First Instance.
\nThe Arab national woman, enter the UAE before two months and she went to the hospital over some pain in her stomach to discover that she was pregnant and the embryo outside her uterus. Doctors did an abortion surgery to her before police investigate with her.
\nThe woman pleaded not guilty over adultery charge and claimed that she is married in her country and based on the traditions in the outskirts, they only need the family agreement and don\u2019t officially register the marriage.
\nShe was pregnant in her first month when she arrived to work in the UAE and failed to prove that she is married as she doesn\u2019t have a certified marriage document.
