President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Excellency Santiago Pe\u00f1a, President of the Republic of Paraguay, today explored ways to enhance bilateral cooperation to support the two countries\u2019 shared vision for sustainable development and prosperity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a meeting at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi during President Pe\u00f1a\u2019s official visit to the UAE, the two leaders discussed opportunities for collaboration across a range of sectors, particularly development, the economy, trade, renewable energy, food security, and climate action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both sides reaffirmed their shared commitment to advancing bilateral relations and seizing opportunities to expand cooperation in ways that serve the common interests of both nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed emphasised the UAE\u2019s ongoing efforts to further diversify its economic and development partnerships while reinforcing constructive cooperation with Latin American nations \u2013 particularly Paraguay \u2013 in line with the UAE\u2019s approach of fostering collective progress for the benefit of all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting also addressed the latest regional and international developments, with a particular focus on the situation in the Middle East. Both sides stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to promote peace and stability across the region and the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
President Pe\u00f1a thanked His Highness for the warm welcome and expressed his admiration for the country\u2019s significant development and the leadership\u2019s strategic vision that continues to drive the UAE\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
