{"id":49471,"date":"2022-09-29T20:36:55","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T16:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uaebarq.ae\/en\/?p=49471"},"modified":"2022-09-29T20:36:57","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T16:36:57","slug":"malaysias-prime-minister-visits-wahat-al-karama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uaebarq.ae\/en\/2022\/09\/29\/malaysias-prime-minister-visits-wahat-al-karama\/","title":{"rendered":"Malaysia\u2019s Prime Minister visits Wahat Al Karama"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Executive Director of the Martyrs&#8217; Families&#8217; Affairs Office at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince&#8217;s Court, received, at Wahat Al Karama, Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Prime Minister of Malaysia, and his delegation who were visiting the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon the arrival of the Malaysian delegation at Wahat Al Karama, Prime Minister Yaakob and Sheikh Khalifa attended the Guard of Honour ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards, Yaakob laid a wreath at the Martyrs\u2019 Monument, which comprises 31 panels leaning on one another to symbolise the unity and solidarity between the UAE\u2019s leadership, people and heroic soldiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malaysian Prime Minister then toured Wahat Al Karama, where he was briefed by Sheikh Khalifa about the memorial, which embodies the sacrifices of valiant Emirati soldiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the tour, Yaakob wrote a note on the memorial\u2019s guest book, expressing his appreciation for the UAE\u2019s brave martyrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wahat Al Karama is a national and cultural landmark in the capital, Abu Dhabi, which was established to commemorate the heroic actions of the UAE\u2019s martyrs and their sacrifices in defence of the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Executive Director of the Martyrs&#8217; Families&#8217; Affairs Office at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince&#8217;s Court, received, at Wahat Al Karama, Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Prime Minister of Malaysia, and his delegation who were visiting the UAE.
