The Dubai Police have arrested a group of people, who were engaged in a heated argument in their residence at late hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The group of African people appeared in\na viral video on social media platforms while fighting in a public place and\ndamaging properties. A criminal case has been registered against the suspects and they will\nbe referred to the public prosecution for further action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Dubai Police warned against such\nunacceptable behaviour and urged the community members to report such negative\nbehaviour through \u2018Police Eye Service\u2019 on Dubai Police app or by calling the\nemergency hotline 999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Force also warned the public of\npublishing or forwarding clips to avoid legal accountability according to article\n52 of the UAE Federal Law No 34 of 2021 on countering Rumors and Cybercrimes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The law stated that whoever uses the\ninformation network to announce, disseminate, re-disseminate, circulate, or\nrecirculate news or data, or broadcasts any provocative news that would incite\nor provoke public opinion, disturb the public peace, spread terror among\npeople, or cause harm to the public interest, the national economy, the public\norder, or the public health shall be punished with at least one year of\nimprisonment and a fine of not less than Dh100,000. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
