The accident occurred when the deceased was overtaking but a water tank truck was parked on the side of the road irrigating plants. He failed to avoid it and crashed into the tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brigadier General Ahmed Al Sam Al Naqbi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police stated that the operations room had received the accident report at 8:30 am, and all the concerned parties had rushed to the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deceased was transferred to Saqr Hospital while the accident file was referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al Naqbi urged drivers and road users to pay attention, avoid being pre-occupied while driving, and to adhere to speed limits to avoid such tragic accidents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ras Al Khaimah Police: The death of a 20-year-old citizen in a collision accident in Adhen area yesterday.
