{"id":25061,"date":"2020-09-26T14:02:09","date_gmt":"2020-09-26T10:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uaebarq.ae\/en\/?p=25061"},"modified":"2020-09-26T14:02:11","modified_gmt":"2020-09-26T10:02:11","slug":"health-ministry-reports-new-covid-19-cases-in-the-uae-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uaebarq.ae\/en\/2020\/09\/26\/health-ministry-reports-new-covid-19-cases-in-the-uae-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Health Ministry reports new COVID-19 cases in the UAE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, announced on Saturday that it conducted  98,168 additional COVID-19 tests over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its intensified testing campaign, MoHAP announced  1,078  new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of cases in the UAE to 90,618.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and are receiving the necessary care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MoHAP also noted an additional  857 individuals had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 79,676.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MoHAP also announced the death of 2 patients due to COVID-19 complications in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 411.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, announced on Saturday that it conducted 98,168 additional COVID-19 tests over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.
