Winds will become strong at times, especially over the sea, and will cause rising dust and poor visibility over exposed areas during daytime,&#8221; the NCM said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lowest temperature recorded over the country today morning was 1.4 \u00b0C in Jais Mountain at 6:45am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperatures will vary from 10\u00b0C to 20\u00b0C along the coast, 7\u00b0C to 21\u00b0C inland and 1\u00b0C to 10\u00b0C in the mountains, the weather bureau said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relative humidity will increase overnight and early morning over some coastal and interior areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sea will be rough to very rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough in the Oman Sea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0cloudy weather is expected to continue in the UAE, according to the National Centre of Meteorology, NCM. &#8220;Cloudy to partly cloudy skies over most parts of the country at times especially eastward and northwards.
