It will also be windy, causing blowing dust and sad with poor visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The temperature dipped to as low as 4.5\u00b0C at Mebreh Mountain in Ras Al Khaimah on Friday morning, according to (NCM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The  NCM has warned sea-goers of rough seas in the Arabian Gulf as a result of fresh northwesterly winds.
