{"id":11831,"date":"2019-09-22T14:15:27","date_gmt":"2019-09-22T10:15:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uaebarq.ae\/en\/?p=11831"},"modified":"2019-09-22T12:52:06","modified_gmt":"2019-09-22T08:52:06","slug":"man-jailed-for-life-for-molesting-daughters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uaebarq.ae\/en\/2019\/09\/22\/man-jailed-for-life-for-molesting-daughters\/","title":{"rendered":"Man jailed for life for molesting daughters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Kuwaiti criminal court sentenced a local man to life in prison after he was convicted of molesting his minor daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An angry judge shouted at the defendant before issuing the sentence: \u201cYou have committed an act which even mad people do not commit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the defendant asked to be acquitted on the grounds that he is suffering from a mental illness as stated in a medical report, the judge replied:\u201dYou may be ill but there are things which man knows by instinct which doesn\u2019t even require a second thought to avert them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The judge furthered: \u201cWhat you have done is a very serious and bad crime, which violates man\u2019s instincts and requires the stiffest punishment no matter what your excuses and reasons are.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kuwaiti daily Alanba said the unnamed defendant had molested his daughter for years, but it did not mention how many daughters he has or their ages.<br><br>The Filipino Times<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Kuwaiti criminal court sentenced a local man to life in prison after he was convicted of molesting his minor daughters.
